Dear Li Ming,
How have you been lately? I am writing to recommend one of my favorite movies to you — The Shawshank Redemption. I watched it again last weekend and was deeply moved once more.
The film tells the story of a banker who is wrongly imprisoned and never gives up hope. What impresses me most is its powerful message about perseverance and friendship. The performances by Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman are absolutely outstanding. Moreover, the plot is so well-crafted that every scene keeps you engaged from beginning to end.
I believe you will enjoy this film as much as I do. Let me know what you think after watching it.
