Dear Paul,

I'm glad to know that you are interested in our campus craft-making demonstration. We plan to invite three young craftsmen to show paper-cutting, bamboo weaving and creative clay modeling. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Could you help us make a poster and contact the English club so that more international students may join us? If possible, please also help arrange the chairs and multimedia equipment before the event.
