Dear President,
I am writing to put forward some suggestions on how to improve students’ physical condition on our campus.
To begin with, I would suggest that the university extend the opening hours of the gymnasium and sports facilities, as many students find it difficult to fit exercise into their tight schedules. Furthermore, more sports clubs and inter-department competitions could be organized regularly to cultivate students’ interest in physical activities. Additionally, it would be beneficial to invite health experts to deliver lectures on the importance of regular exercise and a balanced diet.
I sincerely hope that you will take my suggestions into consideration. I believe these measures will contribute significantly to enhancing students’ physical well-being.
