You should write at least 90 words but no more than 110 words.

Dear Professor Smith,
I am writing to propose a topic for the debate on city traffic. I suggest “Should private cars be further restricted in large cities?” This topic is closely related to daily life and can encourage students to think about congestion, public transport, environmental protection, and personal convenience.
As for the arrangements, I plan to divide the class into two teams, with four speakers on each side. The debate will include opening statements, free debate, and concluding remarks. I will also prepare background materials and invite two classmates to keep time and record key points.
