Dear Experts,

I am writing to invite you to attend our university’s graduation ceremony. The ceremony will be held at 9:00 a.m. this Saturday in the university auditorium. Graduates, faculty members and guests from different departments will gather to celebrate this important occasion.

During the ceremony, the president will deliver a speech, degrees will be conferred, and student representatives will share their reflections. Your presence would be a great honor to us. Please arrive ten minutes early and take your seats in the guest area.
