Furthermore, the rise of e-commerce has greatly impacted traditional retail trade, leading to a shrinking share of physical stores. Meanwhile, people's changing lifestyle and dining habits have kept the catering industry stable.

In my opinion, this trend reflects the natural evolution of the economy as society develops. While the growth of real estate contributes to urban development, attention should also be paid to maintaining a balanced service sector for sustainable economic growth.
