From my perspective, it is high time that we took measures to address this issue. Individuals should consciously limit their use of mobile phones, especially during social occasions. Families can establish "phone-free" zones or times at home to encourage real conversations. Only by striking a balance between the virtual world and real-life interactions can we maintain healthy relationships with those around us.
