Since the reform and opening up, there have been significant changes in the diet of Chinese people. In the past, due to economic backwardness, the variety and quantity of food were limited, and people were just content with being able to eat their fill. Nowadays, with the rapid development of China's economy, food has become not only more diverse but also of significantly improved quality. As living standards continue to rise, people's demands for diet have become increasingly high, placing greater emphasis on eating nutritious and healthy food. Consequently, low-fat, low-sugar, and organic foods introduced to the market are widely welcomed by people.
